Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, plus weekends on a rota basis

Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with a specialist international healthcare organisation to recruit an
International Medical Assistance Nurse. This role is ideal for nurses currently working at, or ready to step into, a position equivalent to an
experienced NHS Band 6.
This is a chance to use your clinical expertise in a completely different way. Rather than providing bedside care, you'll coordinate treatment for patients across the globe, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of experienced Doctors and Nurses to ensure patients receive the right care, at the right time, wherever they are in the world.

The Role As part of a highly experienced clinical team, you will:
- Assess overseas medical treatment and healthcare facilities.
- Review clinical information and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Coordinate international medical repatriations and emergency evacuations.
- Liaise with hospitals, treating clinicians, insurers, patients and their families worldwide.
- Arrange onward care, hospital admissions and treatment plans.
- Support non-clinical case managers with medical guidance and cover decisions.
- Produce accurate clinical reports and maintain detailed case records.
- Manage multiple complex cases while ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
About You We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys critical thinking, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll have: - Current UK NMC registration.
- A minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience.
- Recent experience within an acute clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making ability.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- UK nationality or the right to work in the UK (with at least 18 months remaining on your visa).
Experience from any of the following backgrounds would be highly desirable: - Intensive Care (ICU)
- Emergency Department (ED)
- Acute Medicine
- Respiratory
- General Medical Wards
- Oncology
- Orthopaedics
- Cruise Ship Nursing
- Military Nursing
- Other acute hospital environments
Additional language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
