The role is delivering on two contracts the first is delivering employment support to a range of individuals with Neurodivergent conditions on a 1:1 basis to get them into work and then helping them to thrive in the work environment. You will support individuals at all stages of their journey assisting them in overcoming all barriers. The other contract is focussed on supporting employers to become more neurodivergent friendly. This includes delivering training, workplace assessments and support with retention of staff. The role is home based with travel across North Yorkshire (Such as Harrogate, Darlington and Northallerton) to support your caseloads, meet with employers and attend jobs fairs so driving is essential. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9 - 5. It is initially a FTC until March 2027with a possibility of extension. With fantastic opportunities to progress within the new structure, training and a supportive, passionate team to go with it. If you are passionate about autism or learning disabilities (with some experience around this, either work related or lived experience) this could be a great move.
