Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, and DoLS.
  • MUST have previous experience within a residential setting and responsibility over management of a large staff team.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
