As Supported Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants. Promoting and supporting independent living, you will develop a professional and caring relationship with individuals, providing advice and assistance linked to their individual support plan. In addition, you will build positive working relationships with colleagues in other agencies such as health care and social work.
Supported Housing Coordinator Skills and Experience:
The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in managing a service for vulnerable people, preferably older people, be able to demonstrate a clear empathy with tenants as well as being able to exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Management of the staff team is a key element of the role and experience in this area is essential. On a personal level, candidates should be well organised and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills. A professional qualification (SVQ level 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.

You ll be working with our tenants to make sure they receive the support identified in their personal plan ensuring they continue to enjoy as much independence as possible. You will assist with meal delivery and provide support in the dining room; there may also be very occasional kitchen duties. Support Worker Skills and Experience:
