Are you a hands-on sensing specialist with a genuine passion for sensor technology and the science behind it? We're working with an innovative technology business in Dagenham to find a talented Sensor or Chemical Sensing Engineer to join their engineering team as an individual contributor, embedded within a close-knit group of mechanical and electrical engineers.
The Role
This is a focused specialist position for someone who has spent the last 5-7 years getting deep into sensing, VOC detection, and chemical sensing technology. You'll be working on the integration of sensors into hardware devices and supporting data analysis of the outputs because the best sensor specialists know that understanding the data is inseparable from understanding the sensor itself.
You won't be expected to lead R&D functions or manage large teams. This is about technical depth, not breadth of management experience.
