Summary: - Registered Home Manager - Alton - Up to 75,000 depending on experience - Not for Profit Care Charity - Nursing, Dementia, Residential, Respite and End of life Care - 35 hours per week We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead Brendoncare Alton, our 80-bedded care home offering high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care. You will be responsible for the overall running of the home as the Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, maintaining occupancy, and nurturing a warm, person-centred culture grounded in dignity and respect.
