  • Maintain accurate records, reports and daily documentation.

  • Work in partnership with colleagues, families and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a rota. Previous experience within children's residential care is desirable, along with an understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.

Candidates should either hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.

About Us

We are committed to providing high-quality residential care and support to vulnerable children and young people. Our homes provide safe, stable and therapeutic environments where young people are encouraged to develop confidence, resilience and the skills required to achieve positive outcomes.

As a growing organisation, we invest heavily in our people through training, development and supportive leadership, ensuring every member of our team has the opportunity to build a rewarding and successful career.

We are committed to providing safe, nurturing and supportive environments where children and young people can thrive. All employees are expected to share this commitment and actively promote the safety, welfare and wellbeing of the children and young people in our care.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, provide satisfactory references and successfully complete all safer recruitment checks prior to employment commencing.

As part of our safer recruitment process, we may also carry out online searches of publicly available information relating to shortlisted candidates. These checks will be limited to information relevant to assessing suitability for the role and our safeguarding responsibilities.

All employees are expected to adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, attend mandatory training and report any concerns relating to the welfare of a child or young person immediately and in line with organisational procedures.

Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks and ongoing compliance with safeguarding requirements throughout employment.
