As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment where young people can develop confidence, resilience, independence and essential life skills. Salary & Benefits
Salary is £35,360 per annum and includes up to 8 sleep-ins per month. If fewer than 8 sleep-ins are available, your salary will not be reduced. Additional sleep-ins are paid at £50 per sleep-in and any hours worked above your contracted monthly hours will be paid at your standard hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high standards of care, support and safeguarding for children and young people.
Build positive and trusting relationships that promote confidence, resilience and independence.
Support young people to engage in education, activities, training and personal development opportunities.
Manage challenging behaviours in a calm, therapeutic and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records, reports and daily documentation.
Work in partnership with colleagues, families and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a rota. Previous experience within children's residential care is desirable, along with an understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
Candidates should either hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
