Housing Solutions Officer - Early Intervention & Prevention Specialist
We are excited to announce this opportunity to join our Housing Team as a Housing Solutions Officer- Prevention. This role is designed to prevent homelessness at the earliest opportunity and will involve proactively engaging with customers who may be at risk of becoming homeless, providing targeted outreach work to those facing future homelessness. This will be achieved by working with a range of external partners and working across teams within the Council.
