Job description
Post is for an advanced practitioner on the court and locality service. The candidate will join a team of 2 advanced practitioners and 4 social workers supported by an experienced team manager. The candidate will have a case load of CIN, CP, Pre-proceedings and care proceedings. They will have experience of court work to enable mentoring and support to other team members. The candidate will support the team manager with driving performance and team development. They will offer group reflective supervision within their team.
They will receive monthly supervision and have access to training courses across the council.
