About the Role
Complex Carers provide person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs. You will support clients to live safely and comfortably, following individual care plans and clinical guidance, while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver care in line with care plans and agreed support protocols Support with personal care and daily living tasks Provide clinical support within your training/competency, including: Seizure management Monitoring and reassurance during health needsExperience / Training
Training and ongoing support are provided. Applicants must be willing to undertake relevant training for complex care needs and work flexibly across PO, GU and BN.
Relevant experience (or willingness to be trained) in one or more of the following is beneficial:
Severe learning disabilities Physical conditions requiring complex support Seizure management PEG or NG feed Tracheostomy Oxygen therapy / O2 SuctioningHours / Flexibility
Options available for temp, part-time and full-time work Shifts may vary based on client needsRequirements
