Optical Assistant - Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £25,000-£26,500
Hours: Full-Time

The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring patients receive an excellent experience from start to finish.
Duties will include:
• Dispensing frames and lenses confidently to patients
• Supporting the smooth running of clinics and daily practice operations
• Delivering exceptional customer care throughout the patient journey
• Working closely with colleagues in a team-focused environment
• Assisting with general practice duties in a busy optical setting
• Contributing positively to the overall success and atmosphere of the store

About You
To be considered, you must already have a minimum of 12 months' experience working within optics. You'll be confident communicating with patients, comfortable within a busy environment, and passionate about delivering high standards of customer care. A positive attitude and strong team ethic are essential.
