About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Children & Young People's Service. Based at the modern Brent Civic Centre-with an on-site restaurant and excellent facilities-you will lead and manage a small team of three Occupational Therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery for young people aged 0-25 with disabilities and complex needs.
In this leadership position, you will balance 60% service oversight with 40% direct clinical work, ensuring waiting lists are reduced, caseloads are effectively allocated, and assessments are carried out to support independence, safety, and wellbeing.
