Independent Living Advisor

Rocasa Consulting Limited are looking to recruit a Indpendent Living Advisor in Gloucester to cover 2 sites in Gloucester area so must have a driving licence. Paying 29,839 per annum.

Duties Involve:

  • Manage tenancy processes including referrals, sign-ups, terminations, voids, and tenancy visits.
  • Work with residents to promote wellbeing and independence through individual plans, group activities, and signposting to specialist support.
  • Hold customer surgeries and respond to housing-related queries promptly.
  • Carry out regular health & safety checks and tenancy audits, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
  • Liaise with local authorities, social care, contractors, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Support income collection and ensure effective service charge monitoring.
  • Develop opportunities for residents to get involved and influence services.
  • Represent the organisation positively and work in line with our values.

You will need previous experience in Housing Managment and have current Enhanced DBS check and UK driving Licence.
