Oversteps is a residential care home supporting older people in a warm, welcoming and supportive environment. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, person-centred care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort and independence.
What you will do
About youYou will be a caring and reliable individual who understands the importance of consistency and compassion in residential care. You will ideally have experience working with older people, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards this qualification, and be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care as part of a supportive team.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
