The Opportunity
This role is centered around delivering a fully personalised patient journey - from initial consultation through to final dispense.
You'll play a key role in:
Providing bespoke eyewear styling consultations Recommending tailored lens solutions based on lifestyle needs Delivering a high-end, consultative dispensing experience Working closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless care There is a strong emphasis on education and communication, ensuring every patient fully understands their choices and feels confident in their eye wear.
