You'll be a key part of the patient journey, supporting both clinical and retail aspects of the practice. Responsibilities include: Pre-screening using advanced equipment (OCT, Ultra Wide Field Imaging, DNEye Scanner) Supporting dispensing and frame styling Delivering exceptional patient care Assisting with day-to-day running of the practice What We're Looking For
Previous optical experience (essential) Confident with pre-screening (or keen to develop) Friendly, professional and well-presented Enthusiastic and proactive approach Strong communication and patient care skills Why Join?
