Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner - Children's Social Worker to join a well-established Family Help Team based in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire. This role offers the opportunity to work within a stable and supportive team covering a large rural area.
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care. The role involves completing assessments, care planning, and delivering targeted support to children and families. You will also be involved in both public and private law proceedings.
The team operates a duty rota system, with one week in four dedicated to duty responsibilities, handling referrals coming through the front door.
