Reporting to the Registered Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience in working with children who may, on occasion, present with behaviours that challenge, have the ability to design, implement and monitor the care and education plans for the young people we support.
You will lead a confident and experienced care team, working closely with our education and clinical colleagues to improve outcomes for our children, 'helping each other to flourish' along the way'. You will work to support the children in rebuilding their resilience and creating a safe and bright future for next stage of their journey.
