They are seeking a Senior Specialist Support Worker to provide maternity cover for a 12-month period. This role will lead a specialist support service, working directly with beneficiaries while managing a small team and contributing to service development across London.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage a specialist support service for individuals affected by domestic abuse
- Provide tailored, one-to-one support to beneficiaries with complex needs
- Supervise and support a small team of support staff
- Facilitate group sessions to reduce social isolation and build community
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a holistic, trauma-informed service
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of services across London
- Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and best practice standards are upheld
Requirements- Proven experience supporting vulnerable individuals with complex and diverse needs
- Strong understanding of the impact of domestic abuse, deprivation, and systemic inequality
- Experience managing or supervising staff or volunteers
- Ability to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with multi-agency partnerships or referral networks
