We are currently working with a secondary school in Westminster, who are currently looking to recruit a experienced Behaviour Support Assistantto support students with challenging behaviour.
The secondary school require Behaviour Support Assistantto assist the social, emotional, and mental health difficulties through a therapeutic approach. They have a unique approach to managing behaviour management and believe they nurture and support students individual needs. The headteacher is very hands on and offer ongoing support to all staff. The school pride itself on having long standing members of staff which speaks volumes.
