Our client is 12 years old, living with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and is PEG fed for her nutrition
Our client has a good sense of humour, and would like someone fun, bubbly and passionate to support her at home and out into the community
Our client enjoys play, music and sensory activities and would like her SW to support her with these activities

Successful Applicant:

This role requires someone physically active with lots of energy
Previous experience working with children with complex conditions
Ideally PEG trained and manual handling experience
Ideally an awareness of child development
