Locum Social Worker Team Manager within Duty & Assessment in Barnet UK earning £45.20 Hourly. Ongoing position in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Registered with Social Work England and a proven track record with at least three years of experience at the Team Manager level are essential requirements. This hybrid role requires office presence approximately twice a week and every fourth week for duty week.

What you will do:- Lead the Duty & Assessment team to deliver high-quality service and support to children and families in need.- Develop and implement strategies and policies to ensure effective assessment and intervention.- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development.- Work collaboratively with other departments and agencies to provide holistic care and support to service users.- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of practice.
