Adult's Assistant Team Manager - Integrated Care Team

Our Client, Tameside Council, is seeking an Adults Team Manager to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

Lead and supervise Integrated Care Assistants, including rotas, performance, and training.
Oversee safe delivery of community/reablement support and ensure care plans are followed.
Work closely with health and social care partners (OTs, nurses, social workers, hospitals).
Handle quality checks, safeguarding, incidents, and compliance with policies/CQC standards.
Support service users and families, resolving issues and ensuring person-centred care.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and digital system updates.
Contribute to service improvements and efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements of this role:

Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
Must have minimum of 3 years' experience post qualifying working as a Qualified social worker
