Full time positions available for a waking night support workers.
Additional hours are also available to cover annual leave, training and sickness as required.The DOVE Project are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual to join our team of Care and Support Workers.
We are a leading and innovative organisation offering a range of personalised outcome based care and support packages throughout Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall.
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic waking night worker to join our team in Cornwall, currently in the Redruth, Hayle and Camborne area.
We have three gentleman that require support with meal planning and cooking, personal care, medication, daily living skills, shopping, finances, health appointments and activities.
The staff team should involve them with life choices and support them with a person centred approach.
We would really like to hear from you if you can provide practical, hands on support, have good communication skills, are patient, have a good sense of humour and share their interests. We need someone to join our team who can help them reach their goals and encourage them to try new things. You will be working alone and as part of a team supporting people with their day-to-day living.
Being a driver is preferred but not essential.
