Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager - HIT & OT to join the OT Reablement Team in Buckinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced health or social care professional with strong leadership skills and a background in Occupational Therapy, Reablement or integrated services.
The successful candidate will lead and manage services, drive improvements and ensure adults receive high-quality, person-centred support to maximise their independence and wellbeing.
Location: Buckinghamshire
Pay Rate: 45 per hour
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - a mixture of home working, office-based work and visits to client premises.
Department: OT Reablement
Lead and manage Occupational Therapy and Reablement services.
Provide professional leadership, supervision and support to staff.
Oversee service delivery, performance management and service improvements.
Promote independence and support adults to remain safely in their own homes.
Ensure compliance with Adult Social Care legislation, safeguarding requirements and professional standards.
Work collaboratively with NHS, health and social care partners.
Influence strategic planning and contribute to the development of integrated services.
Champion the contribution of Occupational Therapy across services and partnerships.
Extensive experience leading Occupational Therapy services and/or integrated OT and Reablement teams within health or social care.
Strong understanding of professional governance, OT standards and reablement best practice.
Ability to influence strategic direction and drive service development.
Expert knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation, safeguarding and professional practice.
Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Degree-level qualification or equivalent and a recognised health or social care qualification.
Registration with Social Work England or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist, as applicable to the professional background.
Full UK driving licence.
