Description
- Manage the day-to-day performance and operational health of assigned product portfolios.
- Support product lifecycle activities including launches, portfolio changes, range maintenance and discontinuations.
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance and commercial teams to ensure product availability and effective forecasting.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks, opportunities and required actions.
- Manage approval processes for product materials, claims and content in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support launch readiness activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment across key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
- Work closely with regulatory, quality, medical and commercial teams to resolve issues and drive portfolio improvements.
- Prepare performance updates, recommendations and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, processes and ways of working.
Profile
A successful 'Product Manager' should have:
- Strong specialist background within Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or Medical Devices
- Proven success as a Product Manager within Life Science / Healthcare sectors
- Immediately available, or able to start within a few weeks of receiving an offer
- Based in Greater Manchester, Cheshire or West Yorkshire, and able to commute to the office 2-3 times per week
- Full RTW in the UK
Job Offer
- Initial 6-12 month FTC, with potential to move into a permanent role
- Salary of 40,000 to 55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
