GK Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for ongoing agency shifts at a residential care home in the Rhayader area.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily needs.
Shift Patterns
Long Days: 8:00 am 8:00 pm
Nights: 8:00 pm 8:00 am
Pay and Benefits
£13 per hour (flat rate) plus holiday pay
2 5 shifts available per week
Ongoing weekly shift opportunities

Requirements
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a residential or care home setting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, professional and reliable approach
Ability to work long-day and night shifts
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and resident safety
