Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant
You'll play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Supporting residents at mealtimes and recording food and fluid intake.
- Helping with mobility while promoting independence.
- Maintaining a safe, comfortable and dignified environment.
- Providing compassionate care and supporting residents' wellbeing.
What You'll Need
To join our team, you'll need:
- At least 6 months' experience in a care setting.
- Current NISCC registration or a willingness to apply.
- A caring, compassionate and reliable attitude.
- A willingness to complete mandatory training and the required AccessNI checks.
- A commitment to providing high standards of care.
